Aubrey Peeples
Aubrey Peeples is an American actor and singer from the United States. She received the best recognition for her performance as Layla Grant in the drama series Nashville (2012) as well as Claudia Shepard in Sharknado (2013). She also played the role of Jerrica Jem on the film Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples' parents Wendy and Ashley have raised her at Lake Mary Florida. Her older sister is Ally. While growing up Aubrey took part in the Orlando Repertory Theatre for ten years. Her graduation from Lake Mary Preparatory School was the class's valedictory speech in 2012. Harvard University accepted her but was able to enter twice in order to take on the role she played in Nashville. Peeples appeared in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) and had an recurring role on Necessary Roughness (1991). She was seen in television movies Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective and The Good Mother. The Good Mother was her character. Layla Grant, a major character in the Nashville second season of the drama. Peeples admitted to having bipolar disorder during an interview in 2019 with NKD Magazine. Indiewire named Peeples one of the most talented actors below the age of 20 in September 2014
